Now that I'm working on something I'm actually NOT on a crunch to finish, the words are coming more easily! I'm having fun with it too. Dang it, why can't it be this easy with the two that need finished in 28 hours?

Welp. My plan to distract myself from my writer's block by translating has hit a wall. I can't even translate a stupid simple song with five different tools to help me. God, can I please be good at SOMETHING for once?
Back to HoLV I guess.
So I can't write. I've spent a collective total of 50 hours this week trying to make myself write and have cranked out the rough equivalent of three-fourths of a page.
For the chapter I was wanting to post before Christmas Eve, I could probably find a work-around and make it take place later. It wouldn't be as relevant, I think, but I could make it work. But then there's something that HAS to be done before I get my surgery, no exceptions, and my surgery is in 36 hours, and I have next-to-nothing. I don't know what to do. I'm alternating between sleeping too much and not sleeping enough because I'm trying to force myself to WRITE SOMETHING YOU PIECE OF SHIT, THIS IS THE ONE THING YOU'RE GOOD AT, YOU CAN DO THAT MUCH CAN'T YOU? but nothing's coming.
So right now I'm trying to follow up on a request to translate a few more songs from the MEDIUM5 cast. Maybe I can do that much.
What does it mean when someone tags one of your Nico videos ""突撃!"? Imiwa says it means something like "Attack!", but, like... is that good or bad? Asking for a friend, that friend being me.

The Hatsune Miku collab is finally coming to the Western servers of Love Nikki!!! It's good that I've been hoarding my diamonds for the past three months because I'm about to spend them ALL.
I don't know what to do. I can't write. And I can't just put it on the backburner. I have to have a new chapter of TBBC AND my Secret Santa fic done before my surgery on Friday. I spent most of the day in McDonald's and literally got absolutely nothing done. What is my PROBLEM? orz

People's lack of compassion for fast food workers is as astounding as it is sickening. I think I'm gonna try making cookies and bringing them for the staff at the McDonald's I frequent tomorrow...they don't deserve this abuse.
I found a really good instrumental for Poor Pirates, and I'm gonna use it to practice using Kaito's English VB! I always thought he'd be a good fit for the humorous nature of the song.

I went to a walk-in dentist yesterday to address my toothache - I had a major abscess a while back due to a botched root canal and I do NOT wanna risk dealing with that again. - and I wasted $100 and three hours for them to tell me I need this and that done, I need an implant for my missing tooth (which doesn't impede eating and is far enough back that you can't even freakin' see it), I need caps on all of my teeth, and, oh yeah, they've got no idea what's wrong with the one tooth I came in for in the first place, tough luck.
Now they won't stop emailing me. They want me to rate my experience, they want me to set up future appointments, they want me to register a payment method - bitches, I HAVE a dentist, but he was closed yesterday! And it takes forever to get an appointment but he at least doesn't push unnecessary dental work on me because he knows I'm a broke-ass college student who's been run through the wringer by previous dentists and he prioritizes stuff I actually need and works to make sure I pay as little as possible for it! Screw off already!
So, yeah, take care of your teeth, or you'll end up being harassed by the fifth dentist you've visited in six years, and that's never a fun place to be.
I'm considering starting a Medium5 fanclub. Fanclubs can cover that many characters as long as they're all canonically connected, right?

I'm making more of those "Your Ship in Five Minutes" charts for my other favorite pairings, and I accidentally forgot the "c" in "cm" when typing out Gakupo's height. So I just about published something saying Gakupo is 187m tall. That's over 600 feet. He's as tall as three Arc de Triomphes, 34 male giraffes, or 87 Peppa Pigs.

I grind my teeth in my sleep. Yesterday I woke up with a super bad toothache because of it, and it's just gotten worse and worse. Ibuprofen and Tylenol won't touch it. Orajel won't touch it. Freaking Hydrocodone won't touch it. I'd slam back some NyQuil so I can at least pass out long enough to forget the pain, but I'm immune to every sleep aid on the market, so the most that'll do is risk overdosing me.
Is it possible to sue your own mouth? Because that's what I'm about to do. - MikIro/Iroki
