i thought that there would be some other people on here that played d&d too, so i decided to get the ball rolling. i've been playing for about a year and a half now and i still don't know very much about it, lol. i've played a half-elf monk, a halfling bard, and a human cleric so far!
probably one of the most memorable moments i've had was when i decided to have my monk tie herself to a tree and then jump across the gap of a broken bridge to cross it. i thought i was taking unnecessary precautions with the rope since my dex is really high? but i rolled a nat 1 and instead the rope snapped and i fell into the raging river below me and my druid friend had to turn into an alligator to fish me out of the river. :')
so what are some characters you guys have played, or any funny stories from your campaigns? or you can just talk about anything d&d related!
