i know ive spent nearly the entirety of 2021 being a disaster since ive been going through something pretty awful, but recently, ive been doing a lot better. obviously there are days were everything sucks still, but most days i can get out of bed and eat and go to work and function and generally have a pretty good time. ive been spending time talking to the good people in my life, have been pouring a lot of energy into creative outlets, and have been getting a lot of important boring adult stuff done. life is getting better.
i am however, very plagued by fatigue and have been sleeping from 11-15 hours a day, so, thats not super neat. i think i might see a doctor about it cause its starting to annoy me how much of my day i lose to sleeping.
