    It feels like I’m never going to be able to work on anything. I feel like setting fire to my computer/art supplies and being done with it all. (I wouldn’t actually do it.)

    I have similar situation, there is too many thing around to think of, and it seem getting worst everyday.
    I know that not much can be done, but i do my best and hope.

    You will get better soon, in my experience, bad thing don't like to stay for too long, it will come and go. Eventually.

    Ahh I really want to be working on projects right now. All I need is a clean house. I don’t even need a desk, a cheap table would be fine. Just feel like I’m dying inside. :/

    I find it odd that nintendo didn’t make more improvements with the new oled switch. Like if you have a switch already there doesn’t seem to be any reason to upgrade. I just don’t understand it I guess.

    The way Nintendo has handled the switch has been very... unique... I feel like a lot of developments with it have been an afterthought and in some ways the Switch is kind of a step backwards from previous consoles?
    The 3DS wasn't perfect at launch and it took quite sometime before it was really worth it, but eventually it became a very good console so I'm hoping they just need time to perfect the Switch... (all I really want is themes, badges, and for them to stop locking important features in games behind Nintendo Online subscriptions...)
    The processing power seems to be better than the 3DS at least, though not by much as games that load lots of models lag a lot. 3DS will always be my preferred console--though I may own Switch and all the Internet's hype is focused on it, the Switch just doesn't do it for me.

    at first it might feel strange, but then you realize that they've kept the same hardware for 2 main reasons:
    1) keep the manufacturing costs low: for the main unit, they can keep using the production lines of the normal switch, with the difference being the display panel, so they don't need a completely new line
    2) nVidia does have a brand new chipset that could be used in a new Switch, but probably Nintendo didn't feel the need of extra resolution or details of a "Pro" model, at least not now. To be fair, with the huge worldwide sales of Switch and Switch lite, there is no need for a new powerful model. At this point, it'd be better to just wait 2-3 more years for Switch 2

    point 1 is similar to what happened with PS5 and PS5 digital edition: they share most of the hardware and 3/4 of the external case ^^

    anyway, the Switch OLED should have a better battery life and be lighter thanks to the new display.
    and knowing Nintendo, they can still release a Pro model or a new lite next summer, just look how many revisions they did for the GBA, DS and 3DS/2DS :seeu_ani_lili:

    All Nintendo ever needs to do is just make their stuff incrementally improved and people will still buy it. Gameboy, GB Light, GB Pocket, GB Advance, GB Advance SP, DS, DS Lite, DSi, DSi XL, 3DS, 3DS XL, 2DS, New 3DS, New 3DS XL, 2DS XL, Switch, Switch Lite, Switch extended battery, and now Switch OLED.

    I'm not sure that kind of bug report and send feedback can be disabled but.
    The online data collection has been around over three decades. Most companies use this for collect the data for various reasons (bug fixes, improve user experience etc), even engadget.
    I read this article and they mentioned about data has been send to Russia... I mean.. is more like a meme in my point of view.

    Except that Audacity, which has been around since 2000s, and never had a connection to the Internet before. And it doesn't have any need for an Internet connection(other than download installer) If they adding online connection to grind the user data, that makes sense too. But, it's hard to believe still.

    I feel that. It's only been a few days since I was able to work on my project, but it took me a bit to dredge what I was doing out of the fog. It's like rehydrating freeze-dried food.

    I think I’m almost done with a midi for the Project Sekai version of Ikanaide. The harmonies don’t sound great with the instrumental, but I think it might just be the song??

    Maybe it doesn't match the key of the song? I recommend to use main vocal as guideline, and use plugin like tuner to find the key.

    So I’ve started on a midi for Red by Mori Calliope. I’ve only done midis for j-pop idol stuff before, so I think this’ll be a good change/challenge for me.
