Man, reminds me of when I was in love with the Mario franchise and thought everything about it was so cool akfjdkdhdkd. At first glance, you see a side scroller that’s got a bounty of spin-offs, but then you get knee-deep into the lore and find a lot of pretty interesting trivia about the characters or games. (If you ever have the chance, you should check out the old Super Mario Bros. 3 cartoon from the 90’s—I’m not gonna say it was amazing but I remember it being pretty funny (thought it was always weird to see Bowser being colored as green and not called “Bowser” lmao)—but then again the last time I watched it was nearly 10+ years ago, lol.)

SMB3 was basically a "stage", while SMB2 was a dream, and Mario Land was something else, very unique:ia_ani_lili: and the Super Mario movie? it was so funny and strange that I liked it a lot :seeu_ani_lili:

@Kazumimi I remember some friends and I were bored after school one day in high school; we had to report back at 6 because we were in band and there was a football game that night, so we decided to order pizza watch something. We couldn’t agree on what to watch, so we chose a show that we agreed we DIDN’T wanna watch - The Super Mario Brothers Super Show - and watched it. I don’t remember the plot or anything about it, I just remember we kept having to pause it because we were laughing too hard. I wanna go back and watch it for that reason but I fear now it would be too lonely 😅
