I don't have time right now, but if you export aspiration and pitch data as isolated files, the pitch data does not have any harshness. But in the aspiration file, at certain frequencies, pitch data will appear even though it shouldn't.

I'm not yet 100% sure if that's the cause of the screechiness—it could be just a bug in the aspiration output itself. But yesterday I decided that the problem area is centered around the 2.3 kHz region. And lo and behold, the extraneous pitch information in the above aspiration data is around that frequency.
Anyway, more testing is needed. Here's the .svp file just in case you want to do some testing yourself:
Thanks! I think I landed on 2 kHz region when EQing as well, it could even be worth submitting this as a bug report. Fingers crossed an update fixes it in future.
