Vocaloid examples: V1s (Leon, Lola, and Miriam are discontinued and Vocaloid1 was last updated in 2006) and the following V2s: Sweet Ann, Prima, Sonika, Big Al, Tonio, Piko. Vocaloid2 was last updated in about 2011 and those 6 V2s never got updates.
I would also say old Utaus who haven't been updated in like 10 years or so. Examples from what I use: Tree, the Suiga siblings, and Nonsense-loids. I would recommend checking out the Utauloids page on the old Utau wikia to see even more examples, as many of those Utauloids haven't been updated since the early '10s when Utau was still getting official updates.
Other non-Vocaloid examples: LaLaVoice (last updated in 2001) and Cantor (last updated in 2006)
As long as the companies owning them, offer support for the voicebanks, they're not abandonware, I'd only confidently call the V1 engloids abandonware.
I would say if you can't buy commercial banks, then it's abandoned ware. Like V1 and piko, but I don't know about Zhang Chuchu. You can find abandoned ware on archive .org.
