I totally get that, it takes weeks for me (or this one cover I've been working on might be months by now? It's almost done anyway so), even when I'm in-between semesters, but I figure that's because I'm not trained or knowledgeable in music
For instance, I use this website for checking the bpm if there's no information on the internet: MP3 to BPM (Song Analyser)
And I use a plugin in a DAW to make the script files, with 3 wav files for reference: one of the song, one of the isolated vocals, and one of the isolated instrumental
anyone else been monitoring r/place? theres a little miku by the triforce & osu logo!

There's what seems to be all 5 ProSeka Mikus just below the Celeste and Omori sections (near the Scottish flag)! And possibly another small Miku just below the big Love Live girl.

once again i am asking if anyone has a download to 4gou's voicebank
    i need him...

Same. I used to have a dropbox full of 4gou's vbs and assets, but it's long since disappeared. I want to make new YTPMVs...
i got a new cool laptop today! a mid range gaming laptop i got cheaper because it's the display one, last one they had
i just realised i could reinstall and play with vocaloid 4 and 5 trials again now that i have a fresh computer!! so i'll be looking forward to that :D
to be honest, the fact that my vocaloid editors have stopped giving me trial weeks, i've been slightly considering buying a second hand vocaloid editor + a vocaloid maybe, but i don't think i should? i think it's just too expensive for a program i rarely use, but then again i might use it more if i actually owned it.
but then again i just bought some expensive clothes for myself..
tell me what yall think i guess??

but um for now i'll just look at some ebay offers, unless any of you are willing to sell off your copies of v4 or v5 editor or a vb potentially.

I don't recommend to buy second hand software though, it not much cheaper and the risk is high.

Since, you do rarely use the software i suggest you to look for free alternative voice synth.

well, v4 digitals that cost around 100~150 usd do appear on mercari from time to time, so for know you just need to check every day and see if they appear. And if you don't have a dvd outlet in your computer, you can find a dvd outlet that works as an add on to your computer

i think i'll just hold off on it for now and use openutau even if i prefer to work in an engine like vocaloid 4 or below
vocaloid might just be too much of an investment. nobody seems to be selling v5, or if they are it's not any lower than buying brand new.
could always snap up that cheap-ish copy of v3 off mercari and just use some v3 or v2 banks though!

though, a small update, i have found what seems to be a copy of vocaloid 4 digital because it says it comes with a 'download link and activation code,' but the auction ends in 2 days and it's roughly 150 dollars in my currency and i'm not sure if i want to spend any more money on anything :kyo_ani_lili:
unless i started a gofundme or something lmaoo

@PSX oh. must've been taken away around when v4 hit the market.

WHOOPS my memory, I swear. Here you go!! One uploaded Gumi ENG installer. Sorry for the delay. Hope you enjoy her trial! Gentle reminder just in case you never heard: she doesn't really have vowel transitions (or at least, not good ones) so you'll have to fudge them yourself by doing like [u: w Q] instead of just [u: Q], type deal. But she sounds great, with some phoneme trickery!

huh. i think i had a dream that i bought miku v4x complete.

and honestly thinking back on it, i would not buy miku v4x complete, if i were to buy any synth, ever, as much as i love miku. i'd rather get a voice i like more like meiko, kaito, gumi, or hell, even fukase.

    ..unnecessary tangent over.
ayo utau users!! does anyone know some good vbs that are relatively beginner friendly? i'm slowly growing sick of only having teto and defoko at my disposal, as much as i love the two.

Both Kikyuune Aiko and Denki Sai are pretty good! (I swear my bias is not showing through on this.) for VCV, I’d recommend Fushi Murasaki, as I’ve been able to get some pretty smooth results from her without much work.
