i was thinking about this a lot but couldnt figure out the way to describe it- ive noticed this a lot as well and its definitely the number one thing that is keeping me using the AI synths i have over vocaloid, as much as i keep thinking i want to use a vocaloid again because i like their tone/voice types.

I feel that a lot. There's so many good vocaloids that I would love to use just not the vocaloid engine. Was also looking into it more and apparently the ai can understand the context of phonemes and words so that can help with it sounding more natural and fill in the gaps
