Signature won't show on any screen size below I believe 900px. Changing your phone's screen orientation might work if the screen is big enough, otherwise it won't appear for you. Sorry :(

I think you can still see signatures if you go to someone's profile page, too, if you feel like doing that. Just my guess, but signatures are probably hidden on mobile to 1) cut down on how much people need to scroll on those small screens, and 2) reduce how long the page takes to load, since lots of people put pictures and things in their sigs.
