Ahh, it's a song from a compilation album. No wonder it's hard to find the lyrics. The best I can find is this copy-protected lyric. At least it's a full lyric, at least from what I check.
The Japanese name of the titled is called Gizagiza Mushi (confirmed from furigana in the album's crossfade video), as for English title, I'm not sure either. Gizagiza apparently means saw-like(?), so, "Saw-like Insect" is one way to interpret it, other interpretation is possible because 刻 can mean a lot of things. The lyric contains many special reading and wordplay and it's pretty abstract so I don't think I can provide a quick translation, sorry. :/
