    The same thing happened with me and Tumblr. It was hard to break off from it, but it ended up being extremely beneficial. If nothing else, give it another week. There's a lot of political discourse going around on Facebook right now, and if Twitter's not any different, it might be for the best to stay away.

    I’m sorry. I think it probably would be best to stay away from Twitter for now as it’s currently a mess politically. It’s a shame that people are spreading fake news that causes such a mess.

    Also I feel like Miku has been mainstreamized like no other vocaloid to the point she surpassed both this fandom and vocaloid, this is an issue "inside the fandom" only if people make it one, this could get pretty much ignored by us and nothing would happen to this fandom from the outside, people might be aware of Miku but not of this niche community ( speaking as someone who only got into vocaloid relatively recently and was in their shoes not so long time ago ) and for most, it will stay as such.

    Personally I'm also not bothered by "Miku created X" memes either but I do wish the issues with Rowling were handled differently.

    What also concerns me is that some people are rushing to complain about this meme only to further their ...not so nice beliefs.

    Y'know I used to be so scared to talk about my ships since I've seen so many friends get put down about theirs, but now I'm glad to know some actually agree with my ships (that and because some don't even care what I do lol)

    I think I'm gonna take my hiatus now due to my grades slipping a bit (I got like four Cs rn) I already uninstalled Twitter and Discord. I'll still be drawing and all that, but I'm just taking a break from the Internet for a little bit (or at least try...)
