It's about time I email Crypton directly since after a month of waiting with two Contact Us forms filled out, I've gotten no word back. I suppose I'll just phrase it about ad verbatim -- politely explaining the situation, quoting the exact error message, providing the product, license, and serial codes, and asking if there's anything anyone could do or if I could obtain a V4 import code on its own if registering them to my account is an issue. But if I do it via email I can provide images as proof as well, which I think could be good. Crossing my fingers!
