Is it an issue with the serial? I’m fairly sure I read somewhere that you can contact the company of the Vocaloid (in your case, Crypton) to reset the activation if it’s been used up… it might be worth a shot. :S

Too many of you guys are getting dysfunctional Vocaloids lately. Mercari really NEEDS a way to get in contact with sellers. :P

I can second that! lol. Anyway from what I know, the 'loid has to be registered to your account for the serial reset, so maybe try that!
