With Japanese IME, there is both half width and full width characters, but only for katakana and English letters. There is only one size for hiragana. (Example of full width: アエイオウ, aeiou / Example of half width: アイウエオ, aeiou)The message actually says "Please write the furigana (reading of the kanji) in full-width hiragana".

Because there is only one size of hiragana (Ex: あえいおう), I am confused. Are you trying to write in English letters?

Yeah, I've been writing in english characters. I've had that work on other japanese websites and since this is a purchase I want it to have my real name on it. (I saw somewhere else that some people are using fake names for this sort of thing and that seemed a bit odd to me.

I usually use a fake Japanese name/address but then fill in my actual info for the payment part. If you can't get it figured out, you might have to ask someone who has bought IA English before. I think Kona and Cluemily might own her?
