    I play with Saki's new web demo for maybe two minutes max and I am in love and no longer regret impulse buying investing in the editor the other day (sure I'll have to pay more buying the 3-in-1 instead of the 4-in-1 but I don't mind because Anicute was cool when I had a problem with my order the other day sdjlfsl)

    Running the calculations, it's only about an extra $40, compared to buying the 4-in-1. Buying them between paychecks is probably a better financial move anyway, if I'm being honest, so you're in the clear! You're gonna love Saki's full bank. She's lovely!

    You could always do what I do: buy a lot and then ride the high of new synths for a few months, allowing your income to accumulate in that time. Maybe not the most sound advice, but it works for me. What’s moderate financial stability if it comes at the expense of regret?

    The questions I would ask is do you have v4 do have any other vocaloids do you like the default vocals? Do you like synth v voices, what languages do you use?

    If you're planning to get both anyway, it might be worth considering that V5 sales are really rare. Unless the various discount offerings currently/soon available for Synth V related to Synth V 2 are important to you, too.

    Yeah, I have V4 and other Vocaloids. I like Amy and Kaori (Chris isn’t too bad either and I can appreciate Ken even if I don’t think I’d use him much personally), and I was going to get the Premium upgrade for VY2 and Diva since it’s cheaper than buying them as add-ons. Synth V wise I’m mostly interested in Eleanor and the Quadimension girls, though I’m considering Genbu too. I use English and Japanese but I am kind of curious about trying to use a Chinese bank too. I experimented with getting Huan Xiao Yi to sing in Japanese once and I really enjoyed it. That’s why part of me was leaning toward Cangqiong because I’ve heard people use her for English and Japanese and I thought she sounded nice, though I don’t have a lot of faith in myself to replicate anything close to the English I heard because they were by much more experienced tuners. Honestly I think the only thing that stopped me from buying V5 after spending half an hour digging for my V4 serial the other day was I’m afraid it won’t run right on my computer. I’m supposed to be looking for a new computer anyway but it’d still be a laptop and I don’t know for sure if I could get a powerful enough one.

    The sales aren’t super important to me but considering I can get V5 for the price of VY2 and Diva combined at the moment... When I look at it like that, it’s very tempting even if I have to wait to get a better computer to actually use it. Still, it’s only $36 off, and while that’s nothing to sneeze at for me it’s also not huge enough to be 100% irresistible.

    It's $100 cheaper to buy the V5 premium upgrade than to get Standard and then Cyva and VY2... make it make sense (guess I might rebuy Songman and VY1 after all)

    Yeah Premium is a better deal if you want more than 1 of the VYs/Cybers (so I'd likely get just standard in VY2 whenever i get around to buying V5 (i may or may not have saved up for it then put it off), but if i wanted say Songman too I'd get Premium)

    The katakana for it on the website is チェビオ so Che-vee-oh is right but I always wished they pronounced it se-vio X’D Cevio is also a place in Switzerland... and I just looked it up and seems to be pronounced like se-vio too so Idek where they get che from
