I'll keep an eye out as well if you'd like! I have a friend from high school who was into lolita fashion, so I'm sure she knows some good places!

I buy lolita clothes. I can write some actual better advice tomorrow (gonna go to bed in a bit). I am going to assume you are just dipping your toes into lolita and don't actually own any/many pieces, right? Japanese lolita brands cost more than Chinese ones, but there are ways to buy used (keep in mind that lolita is an expensive fashion due to the low quantity of items they sell per design). Also, there are several Chinese brands that actually do custom sizing (there are also some on Etsy that are by English speaking indie seamstresses, but I haven't tried those before), so it technically doesn't matter if you aren't the traditional size for outfits. There are also several lolita YouTubers that give advice to beginners, can get links tomorrow when I have time.
