My rock cover of "Down By The River", from the video game "Baldur's Gate 3" featuring Solaria :solaria_ani_lili: . Written by Borislav Slavov.
Lyrics:
Lace your heart with mine
Let your sleeping soul take flight

Hey everyone. For anyone interested, tomorrow I'll have a behind-the-scenes video about my creative process: how I approach making a track from scratch, my gear, pencil sketches of music, notated scores of music I've written in the past, etc.
I think the simple act of playing my guitar inspires me to create. However, when I've come up with an idea that resonates with me, oftentimes whatever anime, tv show/movie, or video game that I've watched or played recently comes to mind and inspires me more. So, just creating music itself...
Can't believe it's been almost 2 years since I logged in...Been busy making instrumental metal/rock music, but I'm planning on using more vocal synths in the future. Just checked out Solaria and Synth V, and I'm excited to be working on my next single (hopefully coming out in June/July). Hello...

I have a PSA for everyone out there making original songs: Always check the tuning of your sampled library stuff. I've dug into some of my sampled library stuff again recently and have found a few samples from my strings, bass, choir, etc. packs that were out of tune as much as 5 or 6 cents...
Thanks! It's got an epic feel to the lyrics, and I made significant changes to the harmonizations and formal structure of the song, which ended up making it feel more modern. I was happy with the way it turned out!
Thanks! Yeah, Vocaloids sound so "pure" a lot of times, that trying to mix it...
