I've been having a difficult time mixing this song because the instrumental is very loud to begin with. Do the vocals sit well in the instrumental? Do the vocals overpower the instrumental or vice versa?

The instrumentals drown out the vocals just a tiny bit, I think. I’ll listen again when I’m on my laptop and using my good headphones, but that’s what I’m gathering for now.
Okay! Listened with proper headphones. The instrumental definitely drowns out the vocals, but not by too terribly much. The balance is actually pretty good otherwise!
