D'aww, what a sweet change of pace! (I need to catch up on your other fic too, it's just occurred to me...) I like to think that Tei is spurred on by actually being told she's loved for the first time — she's not having to imagine things and what-ifs, someone that means the world to her has finally fed her those words, and now that she's had a taste, she can't get enough. It's super sweet!
