Vocaloid trial banks aren’t appearing in Vocaloid editor?

I have Vocaloid Editor 4 isn’t letting me add trial voice banks.

I wanna try out Maika’s V3 trial (even though she is Spanish, tons of people have gotten her to sing in other languages) and I want to try Macne Nana V4 trial too.

Problem is, once they’re downloaded and set up, their voice banks don’t appear in the Vocaloid editor. Can someone help?

When you download the voice bank trial, a pop-up is supposed to come up when you try to open Vocaloid Editor asking to input a serial number. Do you get that?
