I think with the Cryptonloids their release dates are often portrayed as their birthdays. Not sure how many other Vocaloids do this.

I'm pretty sure if there's any vocal synth without an official birthday, then their release dates count as birthdays because there's some fans that have celebrated their release dates as birthdays
