WIp....what is WIP?

I just started using vocaloid and i know the files saved are VSQ files....but what is WIP i see that term used often

It means "work in progress!" People use it to show things that aren't complete to get feedback on it or just to show others what they're working on.

It's a term that isn't exclusive to the Vocaloid community, either - you'll see it a lot with artists sharing sketches or incomplete works of art online, as well as other sorts of projects that otherwise aren't completed/polished works.
