Tutorial 3 Project Sekai Tips for New Players!

NOTICE: THIS GUIDE IS NOT DEFINITIVE.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hi, I'm Sam! Ever wondered how to "git gud" at Project SEKAI? Yes? Well then, I'm here for it. Let's jump right in!
Fingering is important. You want to be comfortable, and in a place where you can play without getting pained or fatigued. I personally use pointer fingers, which is recommended (by me) if you have a tablet. Phone players mostly use their thumbs, but whatever's most comfortable for you works just fine. However, if you're playing Append, have all your fingers at the ready.
Speed and timing are also important, but just a bit less so than fingering. Speed can go up to 12.00 and down to 1.00. However I think between 6.0 and 10.0 is a beginner's sweet spot. Timing/offset is something you should change, depending on your rhythm. You'll get better scores, trust me!
This may or may not be the most important tip of all. DO NOT START ON EXPERT FIRST IF YOU ARE A NEW PLAYER. I REPEAT, DO NOT START ON EXPERT. Start with Easy or Normal, and work your way up. Eventually, you'll be passing Master songs with ease! Just remember to not go above your level and stay in a comfortable zone as to not get frustrated. If you haven't played in awhile, refresh your skills with a Normal song or two before jumping to Hard or Expert.
I hope this guide was helpful. It was short, but I tried to add some good things in there.
See you soon!
