This is probably a dumb question, but have you tried reinstalling the, I'm assuming V4 Piapro over top of the broken V3 one, or since you uninstalled the old? I know sometimes things hide in the registry keys, but I don't use Piapro so I couldn't tell you where... edit: I can't see that error...
