    Can I register and/or buy digital software as a foreigner in AHS Software?

    Hello! I want to buy Voicepeak Teto when she comes out. I assume I would need an account, so I was going to create one, but it says I have to input a postal code and address. I put my irl ones, but it says that the postal code is incorrect, because, well, I guess Japanese postal codes work...
