For a while I wanted to contact the company behind MAYU for some questions, but the contact link given by the MAYU website seems to have been broken since EXIT TUNES got purchased by Pony Canyon.
I had to contact Pony Canyon and Pony Canyon themselves ended up giving the actual mail address to use for contact relative to MAYU, which is :
I thought it would be a nice thing to share since I'm probably not the only one who has questions relative to her.
I personally contacted them to ask them about the legality of releasing mayu music on commercial music platforms while mentioning MAYU's name and using her character design in artwork.
They told me that it was OK for indies without a need of a specific contract.
