Anyone else reading through the bloodborne comic from titan comics?

So far the story is interesting enough even though it splits from the game pretty quickly. I always played offline which made the game feel much more intense of being utterly alone in a city/ world that had gone completely mad by eldritch horrors. I would say the only thing that has disappointed me so far is what happened in volume 2 that was just released.

spoiler if you haven't read it yet
In volume 2 you find out what the hunter looks like (though not their gender, name, or purpose for being in yharnam. Which I guess is props for artist to be able to make a nonbinary character in a comic book), you actually get to see iosefka, and that it is implied that the hunter and iosefka had some kind of relationship. Furthermore, you also find out that the paleblood child that you are escorting/kidnapping/hanging out with (Seriously the story has not explained anything about this kid other than Djura just kinda found him in old yharnam) can control the blood starved beast because reason. Which makes me question if this kid could do that straight from the start when you were killed the first time, when didn't he? It is implied he was killed by the giant"you died" that shows up after the blood starved beast looks at him and time reset. I mean it would of saved the hunter and Djura a lot of headache and death if the kid told it to go away. Also why is the blood starved beast following them exactly? The game always hyped up the cleric beast so I am just not sure why the artist wants to focus on a boss that wasn't even that much of problem or even really super relevant to the plot.)

Overall the art isn't to bad though you can see where the artist took shortcuts. (I know I am biased against western comic books styles. Something about the trying to mix realism and cartoon style together just bugs me. So maybe take it with a pinch of salt from me.) The scenery is still grimy and dark so that is good. Though I don't get as much of feeling of dread like in the games. What do you guys think?
