Can I register and/or buy digital software as a foreigner in AHS Software?

Hello! I want to buy Voicepeak Teto when she comes out. I assume I would need an account, so I was going to create one, but it says I have to input a postal code and address. I put my irl ones, but it says that the postal code is incorrect, because, well, I guess Japanese postal codes work diferently from Spain's.

I want to buy the software digitally because it's cheaper and also because I have no idea how am I suposed to install it if it's physical. If it's a DVD of some sort, my computer doesn't have a DVD reader. So my questions are:

1. Do I need an account to purchase stuff or can I just purchase without it?

2. If I need it, can I register somehow even though I'm a foreigner? Like, inputing a random japanese postal code without getting in some sort of legal trouble (or any other trouble).

Edit: I haven't bought anything yet because again, I wanna wait until Teto comes out. I tried "buying" (not actually buying) one, it seems like it supports Euro and a bunch of currencies so I would assume I can buy it from Spain (otherwise it wouldn't support euro) so I guess an account is not necessary but I wanna ask just in case

I bought SynthV digitally from AHS and had no issues, and I was able to register both it and Nana V4 Natural when I got her several years ago just fine. It's been almost a year since I bought SV, so I'm a little fuzzy on what I had to do exactly, but I think I just put in my credit card info and it let me purchase. Didn't need any Japanese address info or anything.
