I run the Gakucollab over at gakucollab.tumblr.com and this year we decided to hold a costume contest. I posted about this in the FC section but I figure that it wouldn't hurt mentioning it elsewhere as well.
Basically, we want people to design an outfit for Gakupo to celebrate his 10th anniversary. You can go to Tumblr and read the rules in more detail, but the important thing is that the deadline for submission is July 25th. Our first prize is a $50 e-gift card, so if you like Gakupo and/or drawing, so give it a shot if it sounds at all interesting to you.
