Help with Voice Sample

I'm looking to see if anyone can recreate the way Miku says "SEGA" at the beginning of project diva games. Also want to imitate the style but with different words. Anyone able to help? Thanks in advance!!

They're actually layers upon layers of harmonies amongst those two syllables. I think the bpm was around 128 in two crochets (two quarter notes).
