Started working on this since not long after the original was released (about 3 years ago); finally got around to finishing it.
A little secret: to improve LEON's Japanese pronunciation I rendered him at 10% slower tempo, then tempo-shifted back up 10% in FL Studio. This seems to help shorten the consonants a bit without outright dropping them or the entire phoneme, as the V1s sometimes do when they're too short. Of course I used zero consonant velocity in many places too.
