mm..I didn't order the presale goods, but usually bonus items like that sticker, postcards and so on are a separate shipping (like an envelope shipping), while other goods should be shipped in a box with a tracking courier like DHL, Fedex, EMS or Air Mail.
maybe they wrote some information on the emails you received, or I think you can contact them (giving your order number) asking if the other goods are on a separate shipping
