Hi do u have problems with your preorders from Miku Expo Europe? I finally received a promo sticker not actual stuff I ordered. For context I ordered Lightstick and Lightstick Film set so.

mm..I didn't order the presale goods, but usually bonus items like that sticker, postcards and so on are a separate shipping (like an envelope shipping), while other goods should be shipped in a box with a tracking courier like DHL, Fedex, EMS or Air Mail.
maybe they wrote some information on the emails you received, or I think you can contact them (giving your order number) asking if the other goods are on a separate shipping

check also your home post box if there is some redelivery notice from post office or from a courier like "we didn't find you at home, we'll try tomorrow or phone us for redelivery"

I got the opposite. All my normal stuff delivered, but I have yet to have any news on my complimentary sticker at all other than it exists! I really need to email them
