I downloaded UTAU on an old XP computer. I changed the locale and downloaded the font pack (before downloading), yet everything still shows as mojibake in program, though the installer looks fine. Can anybody help me with this?

EDIT: FIXED. There are three screens on XP, you need to enable JP locale on ALL of them.
