Resamplers won't work on VCV voicebanks: Failed to generate a wav file

sooo i tried to use doppeltler and tips (both with wavtool4vcv) but both are giving "failed to generate a wav file" error
I also tried to use resampler.dll, but it sang only, for example, "kaoan" from "kakonanka"
I tried to run as administrator, but it still won't work :kaito_lili:
