Kind of similar to the "unvoiced su in desu" thread here, I've been trying to improve the sound of devoiced vowels for the Kagamines in Piapro. Specifically I want to deemphasize the "i" in "shita", and for "su" in various words too.
I use _0 for devoicing and raise the velocity, but it still doesn't sound natural. It ends up sounding like there's a kind of gap in between the consonants, like Rin is hiccuping as she says the next consonant. Is there any better way to devoice vowels that I'm missing? Any help would be appreciated.
