For those of you still struggling with this, I've found the solution:
- firstly, deactivate all your vocaloid content, save all install folders and codes, move all your files into a cloud, flashdrive, or dvdR
((JUST ANYWHERE WHERE THEY'RE SAVED ! ! ! !))
MAKE SURE TO DEACTIVATE ALL COMPONENTS ! ! ! ! ! !
- Go to settings, update and security, then recovery
- click "reset this pc" then "remove everything"
This is going to wipe your entire computer clean so be safe to get all your files saved beforehand
- once your computer is back go to "turn windows features on and off
- check all the folders under .net framework
As shown below ! !
After that restart your PC and reinstall all your files and programs ! ! V5 should work now
