VOCALOID6 Editor: Voicebanks included with V6 are working, but my purchased V6 Vocaloids aren't making any sound?

I apologize if the title is confusing. I've not used Vocaloid in quite a while, but tonight I finally decided to return to it. I updated my V6 Editor and the voicebanks included with V6, and noticed some new what I call V6loids (Akito, Naoki, Sarah, etc) I didn't remember being there the last time I used Vocaloid- however, with that said, I don't think I ever updated VOCALOID6 after purchasing it a year or two ago... regardless, I was playing around with the new (to me) voices and listening to what they sound like. Eventually, I clicked on my purchased V6 Vocaloids: the ZOLA boys and Fuiro, to compare to the V6loids, and there wasn't any sound from the four of them. With the V6loids, they sang every time I highlighted a note in the sequence, clicked a key on the piano, or played the entire track, everywhere you're supposed to be able to hear your Vocaloids in the editor. But when it came to Yuu, Kyo, Wil, and Fuiro, nothing. I made a regular VOCALOID track, and all of my non-AI Vocaloids worked: SeeU (JPN/KOR), Dex, Daina, Uni, Maika. I could hear them just fine. Chris, Amy, Kaori, and Ken as well.

I double-checked that all my voicebanks were activated, I restarted my computer, I made several new tracks, loaded old sequences that include one of the current problem-children, I reloaded the editor several times, and nothing got ZOLA/Fuiro to sing. Literally everyone works just fine except for them. And although it has been quite a while, I distinctly remember ZOLA and Fuiro working the last time I used VOCALOID6, because one of the last projects I worked on before my creative slump break, was something that involved all of my (purchased) Vocaloids. Does anyone have any idea of what could be wrong?

If I understand correctly, you updated the editor and the included voices, but didn't go and download new versions of the purchased voices that no longer work?

There should be new versions of the voice banks, which you'll have to manually download from the vendors of those banks and install after the V6 editor update. There have been multiple breaking changes in the past year for V6 where something in the editor changed that required changes on the voice bank side. e.g. a voice bank version produced for Vocaloid 6.1 won't work for Vocaloid 6.3, and the voice bank provider had to release an update compatible with the updated editor. (This only applies to the V6 AI banks, while the format for V4 banks is unchanged.)

I only really have Gumi so far on V6, but for most of those editor changes I've had to go to InternetCo's site and download an update.

Yes, that is exactly what happened.
I'll be honest, I never even considered that ZOLA/Fuiro needing updates may be the problem. I've been disconnected from most things vocaloid-related for the last year, so I never knew about the breaking changes with V6- but kind of glad I seem to have missed them, for the most part.

I looked at the "Voice Bank Version" list after getting your reply, and it *does* show that ZOLA/Fuiro has updates available, I guess I just never got a pop-up message like I usually do with updates. I'm having trouble finding where to download their respective updates now, but I'm glad to finally know what the problem is and that I didn't somehow screw anything up. I really appreciate your help!
