so i am currently planning getting rin and len v4x in a month, but afterwards i would want to see what's the easiest voicebank to tune (not synth v or cevio because I'll try them once i get used to tuning :I) :kyo_ani_lili: :haku_ibis: (if this thread already exists, ignore)

It really depends on what kind of songs and your style of tuning and mixing the music, but I'd say that both Miku V4X, Rin and Len V4X are very good for beginners. If you plan to use english, Luka V4X too, but she is more on the intermediate level of tuning.
Gumi is a good choice too, her voice tone is pretty unique and you can get good results.:gumi_lili:
Meiko and Kaito are on the intermediate level (a bit more difficult compared to Luka).
If you can get Miku V2 and Miku V3, intermediate too.
Rin and Len NT are almost at same level of Meiko and Kaito in terms of difficulty, while Miku NT (ver.1 and ver.2) is more on the expert level, she is amazing and Piapro NT is powerful and full of features, but you really have to know how to tune.
There is also the Piapro Super Pack, with the voicebanks tuned on a more cute side and they are easy to use for beginners. I really recommend!

Also, on Sonicwire website you can find some free trials, here you are!:miku_lili::luka_lili:
Rin Len NT trial
Miku NT2 trial
Miku V4 English trial
Miku V4X trial
Luka V4X (Hard) trial
Meiko V3 (Power) trial

A good all-rounder is Miku:miku_lili:, as you could've guessed. She can use a bit of tuning to make her sound unique, but her base tone is iconic and always welcome!
If you would like more of a challenge than I recommend Luka:luka_lili:! She is definitely harder to tune than Miku, but has her own cooler charm to her.
If you would like to try one of the V6 banks, I have had quite good experience with Nurse Robot Type-T! I've also heard the new IA :[R] :ia_lili:is good, and she kept the tone of the older V3 bank too. These voicebanks can do multi-language singing, yet it is trickier to find where to tune them in the editor.

If you have any interest in experimenting with phonemes / phonetics I can't recommend MAIKA :maika_lili:any more, and she has a unique tone and doesn't need much tuning to sound great!

For English banks (that aren't abandonware :( ) I would recommend Gumi English :gumi_lili:and CYBER DIVA :cyberdiva_lili:. If you can't get the V6 editor, then Macne Nana :nana_lili:. Macne Nana (as much as I love her) has a very unique tone and has been known for being sort of finicky. I can't find her on the VOCALOID site (and the others are blocked at school, so I can't verify if she is discontinued.) but AVANNA :avanna_lili: is also very good, with a unique tone of voice!

For Japanese I would recommend Rana (Same situation as AVANNA) :rana_lili: as she is designed for beginners and has a cute voice! If you would like someone more versatile I would recommend Otomachi Una :una_lili: as she has a complete set with two different voice tones. If you'd like a cuter voice than that then I would recommend Aoki Lapis:lapis_lili:, and if you would like a softer voice I would recommend MAYU:mayu_lili:.

For Chinese (I'm just going through all the languages) I would say either Luo Tianyi :tianyi_lili:or Xin hua :xinhua_lili:. I don't have any experience with these personally, but I assume Tianyi is easier since I have seen her more in the mainstream. She is basically the Chinese Miku from what I've heard.

Finally, for Korean your option is UNI:uni_lili:. She has a unique pop tone to her as well!
And also, for changing files into ust to use in the Piapro editor, I would check out UtaFormatix! I use it all the time and wish someone told me about it sooner in my tuning career. The one annoying thing is that in Piapro studio you have to editor the words again for them to be pronounced correctly, but it keeps you from having to make the entire file yourself.
