I've been trying to activate her for HOURS now, and still it says nothing is authorized. Yamaha's help articles are as helpless as ever. Nothing's working.

I know zero g's download manager app confused me when i first started out, luckily all my zg loids are boxed versions now tho. i know you have to put in her serial into the download manager, is it possible you did that thinking that was the activation app? have you tried searching for the activate app on your windows search bar, or are you trying to activate avanna by opening tiny v3?
