Introduction
I will included everything that i know, to help you start with minimum budget.

What equipment i should get first?

1. A Computer

Anything that you have is the best tools available.

2. Digital Audio Workstation Software (DAW)
Absolute must have regardless what's DAW you choose.
If you want to bake a cookie, you need to have a oven.

Every DAW have their own roadmap, design, etc. Every each DAW have advantage and disadvantage. You need to be able to use it in a very longtime. So be better to do some research.

3. Headphones
It should be the second thing that you should have.
Which is why in the beginning, all you really need is one pair of headphones.
For studio purposes, there are 2 very specific designs considered standard

1. Closed back headphones for tracking – which offer optimal isolation at the expense of lesser sound quality.
2. Open back headphones for mixing – which offer optimal sound quality at the expense of lesser isolation.

4. Audio Interface
If you don’t already know.
The DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) is the software used to record, edit, and mix music on your computer.
And the Audio Interface is the hardware used to connect your computer with the rest of your gear. (microphone, headphones, guitar, etc) but if you're not recording anything, then it unnecessary.

5. Plugins for Audio production
You need proper tools for specific job and those tools are essentials for production.
Almost every DAW have standard tools (stock plugins) that can get you start.
But, Not every DAW share the same tools, some DAW have handful of tools but some DAW are have a few tools.
