I agree with the sentiment that we don't really have a cutesy native Engloid voice yet. We've gotten somewhat close with like Cyber Diva and Ruby (actually Oliver might basically all we really have for cutesy)... and while they're both higher and cute they aren't really like cutesy? imo I like Tonio's Taiwanese design the most of the taiwan group (which is probably an unpopular opinion tbh lol) I loved Sweet Ann's and Sonika's designs, and while I like Prima's I think it really doesn't fit her at all tbh? it's such a cute design you expect almost like a moe voice but...

to my understanding V2 banks work very differently from V3/4 and it was what was holding back Vocaloid from actually spreading out, so I'm not at all surprised. I am very sad tho and I wish ZG and PFX and Sony would just port their Vocaloids at this point
