YA I booted up my copy of project diva Extended on the PSP and her bust and top looks a little weird droopy looking but the rest looks fine. Her head looks nice with the psp graphics tbh. I tried taking a picture of the screen with my phone but it just looked like a pixelated mess lol:sad:
@Rolo I dusted and retuned an old WIP I had. I also have clint eastwood by the Gorilaz that I want to make a cover of but the I'm not really able to make something out of it the midi I have of it yet.
WOW!! You're right you took all that weird sound out! I know next to nothing on music theory but when you said "near total absence of a regular syllabic meter imagine" I thought of the new-ish movie "Cats" and "Les Miserables" because thats how the orchestra was forced to make the score for...
Yeah, to me they sound much louder then every other vocaloid. They can can be intimidating if you put them in a vsqx that wasn't tuned specifically for them.
The main thing that stands out to me is that she is Called Yukari "Rei" not just Yukari. Giving her the name Rei immediately tells the...
It seems like people like to hate on miku's english VB but honestly she's my favourite to work with. I know she's not exactly the "Plug and Play" type of vocal synth to work with but thats what makes her versatile. Everyone that works with her make her sound different. I don't get that same...
I never really noticed the fonts before you pointed them out.:unsure:
I would say I like really like Haruna Sora's logo especially with her natural box art.
And Sonika's logo. I just like the way it looks.
I think it makes sense for the companies to separate when they become big enough to stand on their own. As a company, being associated to a big name like Yamaha meant that the product they would make would be automatically seen as high quality. So the spilt could have also been made as a...
I don't know if this fits here but this is the most obscure original Hatsune Miku english song that remembered finding years ago. The video isn't on youtube anymore but it does have a vocaloid wiki page.
@MillyAqualine
Thank you! I'm really glad you like the way she sounds! Is there any part you think stands out and should be changed? Like pronunciation or some pitch bend quirks that don't sound quite right. This was a test demo to see if i could try and capture some semblance of Kate's tone.
It's not really realistic but I would love to see a vocaloid designed by Hirohiko Araki. With his references to music throughout is manga it wouldn't seem to out of place for him to create a VOCALOID character. All I saying is I would buy boxed copy of a JoJo VOCALOID as a display piece for my...
I remember a while ago reading on the wiki that Gumi v3 english had an update that fixes the pauses she makes when putting 2 different vowels together. I can't find it anywhere if it even exists at all. If anyone knows anything about it I would really appreciate the help.
Ya, thats one of the main problems I tend to have to work through with MIKU. I can't really split the vowels with MIKU English the way you described because it makes a slight chop sound. The phonemes there is [@U] and compound phonemes like that ( [aI] [eI] [Q@] [O@] [aU] ) don't blend and...
On a less serious note... :miku_lili::rin_smile_lIlI: VS:meiko_lili::luka_lili:.You could have miku and rin right a new vocaloid team every episode. Their goal: to be the best of the best. Doesn't need to be too complicated. Definitely a comedy but everyone plays it completely serious.
Careful headphone users! It might be a little on the loud side. I'm trying out a new tuning/mixing technique where I try to add dimension to MIKU's voice. I'd like to know what you guys think. It's not exactly perfect on the pronunciation right now but i feel Like she sounds more alive than...
