I believe many v1 recording as v2 don't meet Yamaha's newer recording quality standards. I remember hearing that crypton rerecorded kaito and meiko from scratch because of it. Even the v2s that got updates usually have to have serious, difficult/expensive editing.

I played with the trial once and managed to mess a few up.

It makes sense. With the new rendoring, xsy was probably glitchy af and would have slowed or crashed the editor.

It is super against the terms of use to mess with the program files and can corrupt your vocaloids.

Iroha's v2 design looks like a power ranger. I'm glad they ditched that suit concept in v4.
