It depends. Sometimes that can fix it, if you do something like [O@ r], maybe even [O: r]. Sometimes it simply doesn't work no matter what, and it can even refuse to make sound at all even though the phonemes are correct. -

While we don't have any official word on English for NT2, we do know that it supports English; as Luka NT English was used in ECHO. I would prefer English NT voicebanks over V6:AI, personally. -

I don't think she's talking with SynthV, but likely something like Vocoflex or a realtime converter. There definitely is a noise to her, and the converter messes up sometimes and creates strange tendencies that a real person wouldn't have. Her talk voicebank doesn't have a unique name, never has. In VOCALOID3 it was "Galaco Talk," but now she's just 'AIVOICE Galaco." White and Black are the names for her V6:AI voicebanks, with Black being intended for power songs and White being more faithful to her original sound/softer.
