VOCALOID Crypton new Miku NT ver.2, Miku V6 and Piapro Characters Super Pack

In the talking session they did confirm that Miku NT2 would be a free upgrade for all owners, if I remember correctly. I don't think it will get a newly packaged version, it's still Hatsune Miku NT. With NT, they're able to push out updates as much as they want unlike the Vocaloid days where...

VOCALOID Crypton new Miku NT ver.2, Miku V6 and Piapro Characters Super Pack

It depends. Sometimes that can fix it, if you do something like [O@ r], maybe even [O: r]. Sometimes it simply doesn't work no matter what, and it can even refuse to make sound at all even though the phonemes are correct.

VOCALOID Crypton new Miku NT ver.2, Miku V6 and Piapro Characters Super Pack

Miku e 1) VocaPigeon recently went to the Yamaha booth at Magical Mirai and they said they are planning on adding things over time to both V6 and VX-B, so that is something hopefuly. However, it does seem like NT2 is still Crypton's primary focus. 2) V6, at least for AI voicebanks, has less...

VOCALOID Crypton new Miku NT ver.2, Miku V6 and Piapro Characters Super Pack

While we don't have any official word on English for NT2, we do know that it supports English; as Luka NT English was used in ECHO. I would prefer English NT voicebanks over V6:AI, personally.

I agree that they all, Luka most especially, sound much more like themselves in this demo. Regarding the Miku comparison, you're not the only person who has raised this sentiment in the past and now, though I think there's a fundamental misunderstanding regarding it. I do not believe that what...

VoiSona Chorical x Techno-Speech, SELENA for VoiSona Coming 2024

Not a full reveal quite yet, but another teaser with more details! In our second to last tweet we did include an acronym that hinted towards the voice provider, but I'm happy to finally reveal that it's Oktavia. If you have any questions feel free to ask, though I may not be able to answer them...

    VOCALOID VOCALOID6

Correct! It's definitely easier said than done to integrage VXB into V6, but Yamaha's a multimillion dollar company and probably has the most resources available within the vocal synthesizer world; they could definitely do it. I simply want the updated sound quality and more parameters. As much...

    VOCALOID VOCALOID6

I mentioned it in my post, but to reiterate, all VOCALOID:AI voicebanks (meaning V6 voicebanks) will be available for VX-B so long as you have them installed and activated on your computer. Your code for V6 and all of your V6:AI vocals will be the same as your VX-B codes (as in, they're all...

GekiyakuV and KazehikiV not only got their demo today, but are also released for purchase! You can buy them standalone, in a bundle together, or a starter pack bundle [which includes Cubase]. The addition of Cubase is because *drumroll* VOCALOID Beta Studio is coming to V6 users as a free...

The text in the video is from the VX-B website; it's likely just referring to the fact they were on VX-B. Now, they're coming to V6.

I think since they're separate vocals it's not really a big deal, and I don't find much of an issue with Galaco either since she's roughly the same price as her V3. However...Una's MASSIVE upcharge in price is absolutely criminal. Take it with a grain of salt, but Yamaha did say in a support...

    SynthV Synthesizer V Discussion Thread

Well yes, which is why I said I don't think she is T__T Previous reply felt like it was saying "SynthV doesn't have a lot of engine noise, so they might be using that and it's hard to tell" but SynthV (noise aside) wouldn't really be feasible. (Unless you're just backing up my post/agreeing...

    VOCALOID VOCALOID6

VXB was purely for research purposes, it was never intended to be a permanent product and there was a disclaimer on the website that the functions, features, etc. may or may not come to a full-released product in the future (whether that be V6 or otherwise). However, there were some...

Crypton has never shyed away from large voicebank sizes, Luka V4x alone is proof of that. It's possible that they've also reduced the size of the models in the new NT, though even if they didn't, an unextracted/installed VOCALOID4 English voicebank is already 3-4 GB typically. NT is 3 GB for 3...

    SynthV Synthesizer V Discussion Thread

I don't think she's talking with SynthV, but likely something like Vocoflex or a realtime converter. There definitely is a noise to her, and the converter messes up sometimes and creates strange tendencies that a real person wouldn't have. I think it's interesting that this character seemingly...

    VOCALOID VOCALOID6

Her talk voicebank doesn't have a unique name, never has. In VOCALOID3 it was "Galaco Talk," but now she's just 'AIVOICE Galaco." White and Black are the names for her V6:AI voicebanks, with Black being intended for power songs and White being more faithful to her original sound/softer.
