A.I.VOICE banks for Shiki Rowen (previously known as Kemonone Row) and Shiki Taigen were announced in this morning's A.I.VOICE livestream:

No emotional parameters or extra styles are planned for either of them.
Scheduled release date is around Spring 2022.​

Been a while, but they're currently on preorder and will release on March 25th.

Digital: 9,680 yen
Physical: 12,100 yen

The physical box will be available for purchase at A.I.VOICE's official online store.
