At what level should the PBS (Pitch Bend Sensitivity) be for a cover?

It's my first cover, and I have it at 2. I don't know if this should be changing... I'm confused

According to a tutorial I have from Fruutella (a tuner I really like), it depends on how deep you want your pitch bends to be able to go. They recommend to start with 4, but they also say any even number should work fine. It's basically just determining how many semitones from the original pitch of the note that you want your pitch bends to reach, so with PBS 2 you can reach two semitones difference.
