Do V2 VBs work on 4.5 For Cubase ?

I've been wondering because VOCALOID 4.5 for Cubase is a weird in between where it technically is the full VOCALOID 4 Editor for Cubase, but with added support for V5 voicebanks.
So it still has V4 exclusive features like the job plugins and cross synthesis
Can anyone confirm if V2 vbs imported with the library import tool work on 4.5 for cubase ?
