GejiGeji (歌叽歌叽) is a new Chinese AI vocal synth that is available on Windows, Mac, iOS and Android. It released around January, and so far not many people know about it. It has a lot of unique features to it, such us: being able to share your works inside the mobile version and comment on other people’s work, making covers using many present in the mobile version, and most importantly it allows you to record your own AI voicebank.

Here are some answers to the questions that you may have?

How to register to GejiGeji?
The pc version does not require any registration to work, but you would need to register if you want to export your wav. The iOS version will let you register with your iCloud account, but if you use android you would need a Chinese phone number, a WeChat account or a QQ account.

What is available when I am not registered?
When you are not registered in the mobile version, the only available feature is the “create your own song” feature. It works by you picking a bgm and placing notes in places that the app allowe you to.

Can I record my vb on my computer?
No. You can only record your vb in the mobile version.

Can I put prerecorded wavs into the app to record my vb?
No. You have to record it in real time.

How can I make my own voicebank?
You will just have to record yourself singing to a number of songs, and the engine will analyse the data and compile it into the vb.


How much minimum data do I need to create a vb?
The minimum data for a female vb is 1 song, and it’s 5 songs for a male vb. Idk what is the largest amount of data you can record, but the largest rating in the app is 20 songs.

Can I use my vb on the pc version?
Yes you can. You will just have to scan a QR code win/mac gejigeji will give you.

Can I add my own avatar to my vb?
No. You will have to chose among the 4 provided avatars in the app.

Can I create my own melody in the app?
The closest to creating your own melody is the “create a song feature”, other than that you just use premise presets. But In the pc version you can create your own melody or import a midi.
